Loveland Stage Company is pleased to announce auditions for this summer’s Youth Summer Workshop program! This year, we’re thrilled to be producing TWO shows instead of one. Our youth program has grown exponentially over the past few years, and we are so excited to expand opportunities and create even more space for young performers to learn, grow, and shine onstage.
AUDITIONS:
Monday, May 11th: 6-9pm
Tuesday, May 12th: 6-9pm
Wednesday, May 13th: 6-9pm
Sign-up for a slot here! Auditions will be in 30 minute blocks — please plan to stay for the entire 30 minutes… don’t worry — we’ll make it fun! Walk-ins are totally welcome and will be added to the next available slot. If you can’t make it on those dates, email us at youththeatre@lovelandstagecompany.org.
If you’d like to be considered for the musical (Children of Eden Jr.), please prepare 16 bars (approximately 30-45 seconds) of a song you love to sing. If you plan to use a background track, please email it to us ahead of time so we can have it cued and ready for you. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in — there will be a short movement portion. Auditioners will also read short scenes from the script. These scenes will be sent out ahead of time as we get closer to auditions!
Rehearsals will be held 3-4 times per week on Sunday afternoons/evenings, and Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
Please bring your full list of conflicts between May 18th and July 19th. All conflicts must be disclosed at the time of auditions. Additional conflicts added later may affect casting, featured roles, or participation in certain numbers.

The Jungle Book runs July 16-19th, 2026.
On April 11th, ASTROVAN is headlining the Loveland Stage Company Music Series. Dubbed “An Evening with ASTROVAN,” the show marks the band’s first-ever headline performance at the historic Loveland, OH venue — a fitting stage for them as they thrive on close-quarters energy and crowd-fueled momentum. Bring the whole family, grab your tickets, and get ready to party with your new favorite band. They promise a night of music, dancing and a few special guests to add to the mix.
Doors open at 6:30 and the show begins at 7:00. Tickets are $15.00 and available at lovelandstagecompany.org/tickets.
Each year, Loveland Stage Company recognizes a graduating high school student with its Creative Arts Scholarship. We are offering the scholarship again this year in the amount of $1,000. In order to qualify for the scholarship, the graduating student must reside in the Loveland City School District, attend Loveland High School, or be an offspring of a Loveland Stage Company member. This scholarship is intended to be used toward college or university tuition, room and board, or books.
The Loveland Stage Company wishes to encourage and support young local talent. Therefore, prospective applicants must be planning to further their education in the Creative Arts. Qualifying areas of study include, but are not limited to: art, music, theater, photography, film, dance, and majors that support these studies. Students are asked to submit examples of their talent in their chosen field and a high school transcript demonstrating the ability to succeed academically as part of the application process.
